K1BV is allowing scanned/faxed and MRC's and signatures

With the increasing costs of postage this might be a more economical and faster way to get those counties confirmed. Please be award that not all stations will be able to confirm MRC in this manner and you will want to confirm this prior to emailing.

This approach will work while we attempt to work on other solutions that will be more user friendly. If you are open to receiving and verifying MRC's in this manner please email W0MU and he will compile a list that will be published to this site.
